The Lady Jegos fought hard from buzzer to buzzer against the Matadors of AWC. The game went back and forth, with no team ever getting a solid hold on the game. The Jegos played their best all around defensive game holding an explosive Arizona Western team to 28% shooting from the field.  However, in the end the Jegos came up short falling to the sharp shooting Stephanie Schmid (30 points) and the rest of the Lady Matadors 67-56.  The Jegos were lead by a strong showing from redshirt freshman Brittany Loguidice who finsihed with 23 points and 5 rebounds.  They also got major contributions from sophomore Melia Tadytin (8 points, 9 rebounds & 7 assists) and freshman Marqueisha Reed (4 points, 8 rebounds & 3 blocks).
